Really close to excellent
Overall this hotel has a wonderful staff, an excellent breakfast with loads of options and very comfortable beds. But there are a few things that need to be addressed: poor lotions and shampoo, doors that severely leak hallway light, a shower head that whistles piercingly, and TV channel lists that do not correspond to the TV.

I only have a minor suggestion. The desk lamp in room 417 wasn't working properly. Everything else was fabulous, and I wouldn't hesitate to book a room there again.
