First room we checked into we noticed a strong smell of cigarettes in the bathroom. Supervisor promptly gave us another room. Greatly appreciated. Cleaning staff should have caught this at cleaning.

It's really bad when the breakfast is all out of food by 9am, and that includes milk for the little bit of dry cereal that was left. This hotel was definitely a "lipstick on a pig" type of place.

Quiet hotel, we stay lots travelling back and forth from Alberta. Staff is always friendly, breakfast is included which includes eggs, sausage, potato cubes, yogurt, cereal, juice, etc. I will say they need to put more grounds in their coffee, no flavour and very weak, a couple more tbsp of grounds would make a huge difference. Safe, easy to get to.

Got in somewhat later 11pm. Some people hanging outside smoking and drinking, shady feeling glares from poorly lit areas. Derelict vehicles in the back side gave very poor vibes. Garbage was piled outside the front door garbage can. Was there at night and at check out. Cigarette and weed smoke wafted into stairwell. Was by far the worst part just gross as can be. Room was decently clean no complaints there.

Booked with a pet in the message. When we arrived, only “pet” room they had were 2 double beds. My Mrs spent all day in the hospital - got kicked in the face by one of her horses. We booked because she had to be back in surgery early next day. My parents brought our dog up for her to see but we had to get another hotel because of the double beds. Will NEVER stay at this Super 8 again and quite frankly if this is how Super 8 treats their guests, there’s lots of other hotels to stay at in the future.
