The shower water in our room was barely luke warm. There was only a thin blanket and a sheet for bedding. The other guests on our floor were very loud and we had a ton of slamming doors that literally moved our wall in our room that was where our heads were in bed. This was at night as well as early in the morning. The room was really run down. Especially in the bathroom. The sink leaked. Towels were really old looking.

The staff that attended to me when we were checking in was quite rude when there was a problem with our cards. She didn’t try to help us find a solution and her tone was very unwelcoming. Otherwise, the room was great, clean and quiet. The breakfast was good too.

I stay at this hotel all the time and I love the place. However this time, my bed was supposed to be a queen but was two beds put together poorly and the space between the two mattresses made for a very uncomfortable and sleepless night. If two beds are put together, there should be a thick mattress on top covering both box springs. Anyway, it was a very bad experience yet, for a hotel that I always enjoy.

One of us cut our foot on the broken bed and reported it to staff who only said sorry. They tried to fix it the next day but didnt. Foot swelled up couldn’t get work boots on the next day so missed work. Reported this to manager who said he couldn’t do anything for us cause we booked through Expedia. Other than that good value for a cheaper place.

Very happy with the hotel and facilities, clean, quiet and tidy. Only complaint was a message from hotel at 07:00 am that I could do an online checkout now, good thing I wasn't sleeping in or I would be really ticked.
