* If you are looking for very clean minus a few guest (spiders) this is the place for you. * I enjoyed the warmest pool ever minus the cracked cement. * The pictures of this hotel on the website Hotels.com are some of the best pictures ever take to make this place look larger then it really portrays. From outside It is small and gives a nursing home Vibe. Did not take any pictures because I didn't waste my time.You either go or you don't go. But if you go, you would say she was telling the truth. I wasn't the only one having these feelings. I met 3 other people who were just as surprised. * Also if you stay on the 1st floor the rugs are horrible. It looks like it has Poo. Poo spots all over the floor. * There's no dresser drawers. There's no place to hang up your clothes except for 3 hooks on the wall. *The breakfast is what it is. Don't know if that'll help you any. I did not eat there! **OVERALL - FOR THE PRICE minus the look like Poo poo stains on the rug on the 1st floor minus the extra guest (spiders) and the pictures of the hotel being larger than it really is ( nursing home vibes) It could be doable for an extra day.** * save your breath, the intent to Be evasive was there.I don't need you to let me know that you wish I had a better stay save it.

The location of the hotel is great to get to Rehoboth beach. The advertised hot tub was broke the entire trip with no evidence of any attempts to have it fixed and it appeared to have been down for a while. The advertised breakfast buffet is basic continental. Only one staff member was pleasant to guests.

Our October Weekend

The rooms are somewhat dated but not dirty. Some new mattresses are in order. As an early riser, I was more than impressed with the night person who had fresh hot coffee ready at 4 a.m.

This is a excellent standard hotel. Location for shopping is excellent. Pretty good drive to the beach. Out the back windows of the rooms is essentially a dump, which lowers my review. Also, no hair dryers. You have to get one at desk which says they get stolen all the time. So charge the previous visitors and dont punish the rest!

Staff&Breakfast were Great! Trayvon clerk A+.The antiquated property needs updated or razed!!! The staff can't fix the infrastructure!!! 1-Filthy! carpets walking in front door. 2-MOLD!! in bathroom! no water pressure, rusty plumbing/fixtures 3-ANTS!!! crawling on our luggage that was on floor 4- a SLUG came in through the A/C unit!!! That was wonderful to wake up to crawling down the wall in the morning!!!! AVOID at ALL Costs!!!! They wanted $200 a night Expedia made it $150. I wouldn't want my worst enemies to stay there unless it was free!! They wanted $40 to check in early. We ran out of the place at 8am!! Rehoboth is a wonderful town and a ghetto place like this shouldn't exist. We will be contacting the Chamber of Commerce regarding such a dilapidated dump!!!!

The tub was dirty and the sink was clogged when we first checked in. After waking up with a headache we noticed the mold everywhere and the stuffy smell. I’ve stayed here before because they’re dog friendly, but this was an atrocity. This hotel needs to be investigated as it seems like a health hazard.

Good value, Florida vibe

Good value, but room online profile was a bit misleading that made for awkward check-in. Pet friendly place (water bowls in lobby +) with Florida vibe, spacious heated pool was nice. Convenient to all regional side trips. Only significant drawback- no closet or drawers, just a shelf and few hooks. Odd. But we will consider another stay.

The king room with fireplace was very spacious. It had pullout 2 sofas and a king size bed along with a fridge and microwave. I alway wear something on my feet at home and away, my traveling companion doesn’t. He said the floor was filthy and something on the sheets on his side of the bed was stained. He complained the whole time! The breakfast was blah and the carpet thruout the place needs to be replaced. Although the room was big and can sleep 6, it was missing a closet, the description said it had an iron which was not in the room. It was no where to eat in that big room unlike the smaller rooms. I seen a table in one when we were checking out. The good thing is, it’s by everything and it’s easy to locate. We went to the outlets multiple times during our stay. It has a lot of food places and activities near by and the beach was extremely close. The staff was nice and accommodating . If you’re looking for convenient and affordable and not picky then this is the place for you. If you’re picky I suggest you find better accommodations because this place is meager.
