It was very disappointing that the pool was freezing cold and the hot tub did not work. One of the reasons we choose this hotel was because there was a pool and hot tub. the rooms were nice the breakfast was good the staff was kind.

We stayed in a lower room near the lobby which was louder than expected. In the morning we could hear everyone, almost like the door was open. Amenities were nice, but the hallway carpet looks like it needed a good cleaning. Good breakfast options and the coffee was fresh.

Lovely Beach Getaway
King room with fireplace was spacious, comfortable, and well-done, hotel had recently been renovated. Lobby with big fireplace also inviting. The only downsides: Public sauna tub was broken (that seems to be the case everywhere I go of late!), and midweek breakfast buffet was quite sparse, having only self-service waffles and some pastries and juice available--the commissary truck full of fruit, milk, cereal, eggs, meat, and more showed up as we were checking out! Set back from the road, so quieter than average.

Cozy, Comfort and Clean Hotel without an Elevator
The hotel provided a romantic experience because of its comfortability and convenience located in Rehoboth Beach. The attendant at the front desk was very courteous and helpful. The hotel does not have an elevator which makes it hard on those having a lot of luggage to carry up to the second floor using the front stairs or for those having bad ankles or knees. The lobby area is beautiful designed with comfortable chairs, tables and a warm gas fireplace. There is designed area for coffee, tea and water for those staying at the hotel and plenty of parking spaces.

When we get to the place, they doesn't have a room in the first floor. I'm a disabled, senior person with a condition that i was imposible for me to climb stairs. They was no an elevator in the place.
