The second-floor:
has a second workspace, very large master bedroom, roomy enough for a pack n play, with a king bed, reading area, large walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, 2 sinks and oversized soaking tub.
There is a coastal bedroom with 2 twin beds and a colorful bedroom that has a queen bed - both share a full bathroom featuring 2 sinks and a bathtub/shower.

The lower-level:
has 2 coastal themed bedrooms - one with a queen bed and the other with a full bed - 1 full bathroom with a bathtub/shower, living room with a gas fireplace, full kitchen with a 3rd fridge, dining/game table, workspace and patio access.

Beautiful home in a great location
We loved our stay here for a friends weekend. Each bedroom was lovely (the main suite was amazing!) and the kitchen/living area was large and comfortable for a group. The kitchen was well appointed and perfect for cooking at home. The location was a short drive to shopping and the beach. We can’t wait to return!

Amazing House and Location
We loved our stay! The house is beautiful and very welcoming. The beds were very comfortable. It’s located within about a mile to both Dewey Beach and Rehobeth Beach so we were able to visit both. JC and Stacey were very friendly and available for anything we may need. I highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful home close to everything
Our family loves staying here. The screened in porch was a huge hit to talk at night! All bedrooms were spacious and well maintained. The owners provided so much for us, like bikes, beach chairs, bed linens/towels, and lots of kitchen essentials. Location was so quiet and peaceful and We could ride our bikes to Rehoboth Beach or Dewey beach in 10 minutes. Owners were so nice!! We would definitely stay here again!

10 out of 10. This property is truly outstanding with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms!! And great open space for gatherings and fun times. Everything was great. We booked this house for a long weekend with family. It had everything we needed and more. It felt like home away from home. Very clean, well maintained, well stocked and hosts were readily available if we needed anything and communicative before and during our stay. Great find!
I could tell from the pictures that the house was nice, but I was really impressed after I arrived that it was even better than I expected. A great, easy to find neighborhood that is quiet and a short trip to the beach and Cape Henlopen State Park. The hosts were great: friendly, hospitable, and accessible. Was perfect for my friends and I for the weekend and I’ll definitely keep it bookmarked for next time.

This house was great for families and kids! Had a large basement that acted as its own apartment with bedrooms. Great space and bedrooms on all 3 floors! An excellent beach retreat
We had such an amazing stay at this house in Rehoboth! My mom and siblings (with our significant others) spent a long weekend here and we could not have asked for a better house to stay in. The house is spacious, very clean and has all the comforts of home you could think of. The house is really nice, and the hosts are exceptional as well! They provide lots of beach gear, bikes, beach towels - pretty much everything we needed to ensure we could enjoy all that the area has to offer. They also provided a book of recommendations & information on the area which was very helpful. The hosts checked in with us before and during our stay to double check we had everything we needed, they were very gracious. All in all, this stay exceeded our expectations and we hope to stay here again in the future - our family is considering coming here yearly!

This bigger than it looks in photos home was bright shiny new with perfectly stocked kitchen lovely linens high quality mattresses cruiser bikes with backpack chairs beach towels. Crossing route one is not easy but the bike to beach boardwalk and town is pleasant. Hours spent on screened porch day and night with plenty of seating. Might’ve liked an outdoor shower but handy hose and spray nozzle sufficed. Used the tennis and Pickleball courts across the street and playgrounds. It was perfect for our family of seven adults and one four year old. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home near the beach
I recently stayed at this stunning rental home, and it was an absolute gem. The place was beautifully designed with plenty of space for everyone in my group. The location is conveniently near the beach, boardwalk, and restaurants/bars. Communicating with the property owners was a breeze; they were incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. The best parts of the rental are the large, well-equipped kitchen, the spacious primary bedroom and charming front porch. Highly recommend if you plan on visiting the area.

Amazing Rental In Rehoboth Beach Delaware
The place was truly amazing! It’s true, so close to beaches, bars, shopping and food. House was very relaxing and comfortable. Fireplace was perfect with morning coffee and blueberry bread..deliciousness provided by the hosts.Exceptional. Every detail covered. Immaculately clean.Thanks for providing a wonderful space. A Delightful, Welcoming Home
We stayed at RBNB for a Valentine’s Day getaway. The location is awesome! The best of both worlds - Quillen Road is a quiet private street, and it was less than a 5-minute drive to have dinner at Lupo’s on Rehoboth Avenue. The house was pristine, stylish, and well thought out. The bed was very comfortable, and the towels and sheets were top quality. We hope to go back when it’s warmer to enjoy the screened in porch and to bike to the boardwalk and the beach. Thank you for hosting us!
