We had a partial ocean view and we were on the first floor of rooms. So our outside was the courtyard and not a balcony so we could see the ocean but only if we walked all the way outside. I would have preferred a balcony. The room was clean enough but both mattresses were very much uncomfortable and possibly busted. I wish I would have no know our room was adjoining I didn’t much care for it. This was the second time we stayed here and the first visit was better. I would stay again at the Henlopen I would just get a better room. We love the location and we’re over all pleased.

Everything was great. Close to boardwalk and beach. Room was spacious and vlean. Despite not allowing early check in or check out for the day, had no complaints!!

Very nice we had a great time and overall everything was good not to be nit picking but there are no USB INPUTS anywhere in the room so charging phone etc. Was very inconvenient. Also there was a table in the room but only one chair

Property was clean and right in the boardwalk. Parking was difficult with our pickup truck. The AC unit in the room was excessively loud! There are no restaurant facilities at this hotel.

We went in September, which is a quieter beach time, and we're glad we did. It wasn't too crowded yet there were plenty of restaurants and shopping venues open. This was our first trip to Rehoboth but we'll definitely return.

The maid service was terrible I stayed 2 nights never gave us fresh towels,soap etc never cleaned the room. bathroom was a as big as my home closet ,ac made loud noise, toilet seat chipped

A three-night, late-summer stay. We arrived early to hit the beach and the hotel provided parking and expedited an earlier check-in to our room. There is no dining facility in the hotel but many options are within walking distance along the boardwalk which runs in front of the hotel.
