Rehoboth Beach Ocean View Condo w/ Pool. Sleeps 4

Bright, sunny Rehoboth Beach condo with ocean view is located in a beach front building at the quieter north end of the Rehoboth Boardwalk. It can sleep 4: one bedroom with a queen bed and a queen-sized sleep sofa in the living room. Guests can use the condo pool. Guests are limited to one car and parking is first come, first serve. The condo has cable/wifi and Smart TV.

The beach front condo on the Rehoboth Boardwalk is just steps to the sandy beach patrolled by the top-notch Rehoboth Beach Lifeguards. Or head to the pool, which has lounge chairs and a dedicated lifeguard (closes for season at end of September).

One of the condo's best features is its balcony with a great ocean view from the 6th floor. There's nothing like waking up to the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean on your private balcony. Make a pot of coffee, get the morning paper and watch beach life unfold. Fix breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen.

The in-town location is a big plus! Forget about your car and walk to everything -- shops, restaurants, entertainment. Don't miss the evening concerts at the Bandstand during the summer season. Or avoid the crowds and perch like a bird above it all in the air and watch the world go by.

7-night minimum required (condo board rule).
1 car per reservation may use on-site parking (condo board rule).
Bed/bath linens not provided. (Beds do have mattress cover, bedspread, blanket, pillows).
HVAC is building controlled. The air conditioning is turned on around May 15 and turns off around the mid/end of September.
Swimming pool opens on/around Memorial Day through mid/end of September depending on weather.
This gem of a condo has it all at a very reasonable price.

Wonderful time at Rehoboth
This condo is fabulous in many ways: right on the beach and boardwalk at the north end; well equipped with all we needed; within walking distance of many shops and restaurants...and ice cream!!...a lovely balcony on the 6th floor above the busyness and noise...an invitation to enjoy nature with the sound of the waves, visits from monarch butterflies, the beauty of sunrise and the moon in the evening. This was our 2nd stay in this condo and we hope to return. The manager was especially helpful.

This is a really great place. Well-furnished and clean. Outstanding location right next to the boardwalk and beautiful views of the ocean from the deck. Perfect for a weeklong getaway for a couple.

Perfect location!
My family, my husband and I and our 2 young daughters, stayed here last week for our family vacation. We had a wonderful week! The location of this condo is absolutely perfect. Walking distance to everything you would need! The building itself felt safe and was so convenient to the beach. The balcony was our favorite part and we spent most of our time at the condo, on the balcony enjoying the beautiful view. We have already discussed booking again next summer! Thanks Michael!!

This location was very central to other nearby towns. Access to the beach and Boardwalk was very easy. The unit was closer to the end of the boardwalk so it was relatively quiet. There was a great breeze everyday on the balcony which was very nice. Access to the garage for parking was an excellent perk. Owner and property manager were very responsive to emails. Loved the live entertainment at the bandstand. We had a great time!

We were so fortunate to have great weather during our stay. This gave us the opportunity to enjoy the balcony ocean view, the outdoor pool, the short walk to the beach and great location on the boardwalk. Wonderful Getaway
This is a fabulous condo with a great location at the north end of the boardwalk. We enjoyed... watching the waves and the sun coming up...listening to the surf throughout the day...walking at the water's edge...walking the boardwalk 4-5 miles a day...exploring Rehoboth Ave...eating crab cakes and ice cream... enjoying meals on the balcony. We would definitely like to return.

Perfect getaway
Good view of the beach and sunrises. On the boardwalk so easy walking access to everything downtown, and beach walks. Managers answered our questions promptly, and took care of one glitch that WE created. Sofa bed has a comfortable inflatable mattress different than any we had seen before. We will book again! Unfortunately we were in Rehoboth the week of very unhealthy particulates from the Canadian fires. There was a problem with the cable so we had no television. We reported the cable issue and we’re told the owner would have to handle. The water was shut down one morning for repairs. By the middle of the week the outdoor air was impacting the indoor air quality, even with all windows closed. This property is in a great location. It was just unfortunate circumstances.

Checkin was easy. Place was clean and as advertised. Had a small issue with noise from a beach project the city was doing but the owner worked with us to make a good resolution. All and all it was a very enjoyable stay. We would stay again

Excellent location for a fun vacation
This is a great one bedroom condo with a fully equipped kitchen. The location is excellent! It is near the north end of the boardwalk, on the 6th floor with a great view of the ocean. Watching the sun come up from the balcony with a coffee is a treat. The building has its own underground parking and the elevators make getting upstairs very easy. The pictures are accurate and it is a very comfortable and relaxing place to experience Rehoboth Bach.

Great location for a fun get-away.
Nice view from the living room and balcony. Right on the north end of the boardwalk. Easy to walk to stores and restaurants, yet a little bit away from all the noise. Lots of fun. I would recommend changing the queen bed for a king size bed. If you want to be right at the beach this is a great choice.

Beach Getaway
I loved being at your place on the quieter north end of Rehoboth Beach at the end of the season. The weather was still beautiful, the water still warm and the sunrises were gorgeous. The balcony is a spectacular spot to see the ocean and beach from, as well to do some amazing star gazing at night. There was extra security being in this condo building with its own parking garage and friendly, helpful staff. To just walk out the front door and be on the sandy beach was such a bonus. Being able to rent a bike, try out different restaurants close by on the Boardwalk or explore the dunes and State Park are just a few activities available and convenient to do here. Thank you for sharing your place!

Concern re a bathtub shower. Husband has balance issues and the tub made it risky for him to get in and out. Lovely view of the ocean. Good instructions on how to use things. Kitchen could have a few more glasses and silverware.
