The main floor is located on the second level, offering a welcoming open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Create everlasting memories in the sunny living area, furnished with comfy sofas and a large smart TV with streaming capability to keep everyone entertained during the stay. Attached to the living room is a screened balcony with a nice lounge area overlooking the shared grounds. The first floor of this townhouse enjoys a private bedroom with its own TV, desk, en suite bath, and a private patio with a gas grill. The upper, third level offers two additional bedrooms. The primary suite has a private balcony with a seating area, a TV, and an en suite bath. Additional perks include two adult bikes, two desks for remote working, and a stacked washer/dryer.

The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
