The rooms were large,and spacious. Room 117 smelled like urine so we were moved to the 3 Rd floor. Everything was great except the shower. It has mold and rust stains.

Pretty solid hotel for a great price. I was upgraded to a suite for no charge and the man at the front desk offered my dog a treat as well.

Air filters in the heating unit needed cleaning for efficiency. Electrical sockets need attention. Recepticals are loose as well as the cover plates. Poor lighting in the parking area. Only two handicap parking spaces. The staff was GREAT! I wound stay here again.

Friendly Service - Good Choice for Family Trip
We had a very pleasant stay at the Sleep Inn & Suites Rehoboth Beach. The staff were professional and friendly and made the visit especially nice. The hotel accommodated our request for adjoining rooms. Comforts included updated beds and bedding with a good seating area in the suite. Important for a slightly older building: it is in good condition physically, with attention to upkeep such as a bright and clean stairwell.

Our stay initially had some issues which were immediately taken care of by Carol ( the manager). Everyone there worked hard to make our stay perfect. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Room is fine with amenities such as fridge, microwave and coffee pot. They provide coffee and tea 24/7 which isa plus. Bed was comfortable & room was clean although could use a little more attention in the unusual spots (ie: shower door frame, area where wall and floors meet).
