Beautiful home, great proximity to EIU!
This VRBO certainly lived up to its top-tier reviews! We reached out for an early check-in and the owner quickly replied and was extremely accommodating. It’s a great location and 5-6 minutes to EIU and Charleston destinations. Owners have really done a lot of nice updates to the house - modern appliances and decorating was perfect! We lit a fire one night and enjoyed the stars in the back yard. Highly recommend!

MasterClass: Amazing vacation rentals 101
Charlie and Suzi could teach a MasterClass on hosting! All the details were considered. The house was immaculate, the beds, bedding and pillows were 5-star hotel quality, including the pull-out sofa in the living room. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with essentials and extras. The house was designed to bring people together with its quaint reading nooks, conversation sets and connection games. The neighborhood was quiet and the house felt private and peaceful. This is hands down the most comfortable, well-appointed place we've stayed in our 15 years visiting Charleston. Evolve's communication was clear, timely and complete. We hope to stay here again!

Fantastic house in Charleston
We were very impressed with this house. We were in town for an event at Eastern Illinois and this house was perfect. Very close to the school. The house is beautifully remodeled. The couch was comfortable for watching a movie at the end of the day. They had everything we needed for cooking meals too (the restaurants in Charleston leave a little to be desired, but the grocery store is nice!) Overall we loved our stay and will stay here again anytime we need to be in Charleston.
