"The staff were very professional and accommodating. Rooms were pretty soundproof. I stayed on a very cold, stormy and wet night, the room has fantastic heating. The bathroom had underfloor heating. Good lighting in the room and bathroom. Shower was powerful and good temperature control. Staff were friendly, very professional, provided excellent service and the restaurant had a lovely view of the sea front "

"I was checking in with my dog Rusty. Expecting problems checking in, I was greeted by the receptionist, Odura, (forgive my ignorance at the spelling of her name)! She welcomed with a big friendly smile, she took care of check in in minutes. One of the quickest check in’s ever. Odura is a credit to the Park Inn hotel in Southend."
