The Cocoonr agency offers this charming duplex apartment for rent, located at the foot of the Visitation and the Jacobins convent, right in the heart of Rennes city centre. On the 3ᵉ floor (no lift) and with a surface area of 80 m², it can accommodate up to 6 travellers. It consists of a large main room, a fitted kitchen, 3 nice bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels) and your bed will be made up on arrival.

- A dining area with a table for 6 people
- A fully-equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, etc.

Located at the foot of the Visitation and its many shops, Place sainte Anne and the Jacobins convent, you'll have the privilege of staying close to the city's must-see places. Ideally located, you'll have a multitude of options for going out: café terraces, restaurants, the Opera, or the Theatre... You won't have time to get bored!

Just a few minutes' walk away, you'll find the Lices market, a veritable Rennes institution, where local producers and a host of food artisans are on hand every Saturday morning.

For nature lovers, the Parc du Thabor, the Parc des Tanneurs and the meadows of the Canal Saint-Martin offer vast green spaces ideal for family relaxation, sports and outdoor activities.

Construction site
Your description should include that this is a fourth floor walkup with no elevator. Since my wife and I are 75 years old this was a challenge. Also the steps up to the upper bedroom were not safe.The property was spotless and spacious and in a good location but this was offset by the fact that it was a construction site. When we walked into the building the first thing that was saw was a power saw and a stack of lumber and throughout the hallways up to the fourth floor there were workmen on ladders, light bulbs and smoke alarms hanging by wires, dust everywhere. This apartment should not have been rented during construction. I lived in fear for the entire stay and would not recommend this apartment to anyone who is concerned about their life. I really think a partial reimbursement of the rent is appropriate given the misleading representation of this place.
