The hotel property was SOLD so that it could be turned into apartments two weeks before our reservation and we were not notified. Arrived to the hotel to find it CLOSED. Had to book a different hotel at the last minute. Expedia won't refund my money for a hotel room it sold me, yet I was not available for me to stay in.

This place was FILTHY. Inside and out. The lock to enter the building after hours was broken and stayed unlocked. The area was in a sketchy part of Reno and we were afraid our car would be stolen. The bedding was dirty and not washed. We were on the ground floor and it had a sliding glass door going outside which had a broken doorknob which spun around. There was a stick in the track to keep it closed. NEVER again. And I feel Expedia was part of the fraud by posting the photos that showed otherwise.

There was mismatched carpet, the elevator had writing all over the inside and you could see through the doors. Disability accommodation on the fourth floor. Stepping inside all i could smell was chemicals, no window screens. Does not have a pool or hot tub. This hotel is nothing like the website states it is.

We enjoyed our stay - however, we are not very picky people and did not spend a lot of time in the room. The staff were all nice, but the room could have been cleaned a little better. The walls are VERY thin and we could hear everything happening in the rooms on either side of us - that was entertaining and disgusting all at the same time.

Hallways looked like horror movie, but the rooms were ok. There was no way to call the front desk - room phone didn’t work and no one answered when I called directly. You had to walk to it. It was a nice touch when I asked to stay another night because I wasn’t feeling well, and they kicked me out. Really. Find another place. It’s not as nice as the pictures make it seem.

The person that check us was very rude.The couch was do dirty I wouldn't sit on it. The carpet was gross I left my shoe's on. I price for the should of been $68 per the price on the door of the room and expedia charges me $139.00. Expedia says the are the cheapest and I find out the over charged. I would tell you don't use this app.

We actually (along with other guests at the property) did not stay here after viewing the accommodations. This place needs to be condemned. It was dirty, scary, the doors to get in were damaged and not locked. It was the worst place I have seen in years. We canceled our reservation and went elsewhere.

Finally showed up to the Hotel say good service in the beginning we walked upstairs the doors never get locked because they only locked from the outside the room water in the showers and Mildew so I asked.
