This was a great place to stay, and this is gonna sound silly, but particularly because it had a microwave. Because of this I made my oatmeal every morning and saved a meal a day. It's rare to have a microwave and fridge in a place that's such a great value, and I was thrilled! Only complaint was the fridge and heater / ac were pretty loud. I had to turn the heat off at night to sleep because it was so noisy. Also the highway is relatively close. The car sound wasn't a big deal, but with the heater, you might want ear plugs.

The room was very comfortable and restaurants were within walking distance. The restaurant on site served an excellent breakfast. Electric outlets were very hard to reach and could have been in more convenient locations for plugging iin phone and computer chargers

The front desk personnel is very kind and professional. I did not like the room I was first given because it was downstairs. I am so used to always sleeping upstairs, and these front desk personnel worked hard and gave me a better room upstairs. The hotel is so clean and quiet, with a fantastic staff. I recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Reno. I stayed a whole seven days and had no problems. They would make my bed every day upon request. I loved staying here.

So clean, So quiet, so convenient! A two story building with an elevator! There’s also plenty of stairs. Plenty of free parking. Plenty of places to eat, our favorite being “Two Chicks” restaurant right next door- a great breakfast/ lunch place. Will definitely stay again.

Unexpected! Room was large and clean. Check in was easy. Everyone at front desk was friendly and very helpful. Would definitely stay at any Aiden property again, especially for the price.
