The room was covered in dog hair. They never serviced our room and the elevators were broken. Had to wait 20+ minutes to get to our room. Garage to lobby to sky tower terrible have to haul bags all the way to the other side…up and down several stairs. Would not stay here. Had good view of New Year’s Eve fireworks, that was the only perk

We were disappointed with the stay, misled by the facility being labeled as "3 stars" and not knowing it was actually a motel. It was noisy when people walked by, esp. when pulling their luggage, and felt very little privacy. Being next to I-580 and located southwest to the Reno-Tahoe International Airport, the motel has shops in the area but the property/location itself looks bleak. The room was on the small end but it seemed clean. Downtown Reno has better options and is about the same distance to the airport as we've learned.

The room was fine but a little dirty in corners, etc. We could hear some talking, noise, baby crying from adjacent rooms. There were not enough outlets.

The rooms are very dark. The light around the vanity mirror did not work. More lighting is needed. Had someone on their phone yelling for 30 minutes at 130am right outside our room. Called the front desk and they stopped the person within 30 seconds. Not a bad place but needs some upkeep and maintenance.
