Very, very impressed. Online check-in was great (think airline). Once you arrive, the key dispenser process could NOT have been easier or more convenient. We were impressed with the room's decor, cleanliness, space, etc. The stay here was a 'value' and is now our go-to when visiting Reno in the future. Well managed.

Checking in was seamless. The two restaurants we ate at were good, one was a little pricey for their type of food (Rim). King size room was nice but had older furniture. The water was extremely hot in the shower and we could not cool it off; the water pressure was almost non-existent. Housekeeping showed up about 8 hours after we left the room in the morning so we never had our room cleaned (they charge about $2 extra per day for housekeeping services). Spa was very good. Resort fee was $45 per night. Way too much for Reno (maybe for Las Vegas).

Weekender stay. Very reasonable price. Restaurants on the property were very good. Tried the Grand Cafe and Chickie & Pete’s. Enjoyed the concert at the Grand Theater. Casino machines weren’t ringing jackpots much. Had better luck on video poker. Staff were very cordial.
