I learned everything I needed to about how tight of a ship they run when I left my laptop in the safe. I noticed 2 hours down the road and called immediately. I talked to 2 people, not 20, no I can’t help you’s, just 2 people. I was connected to housekeeping immediately and she told me she was looking at my computer right then and she would have it waiting at the front desk. When I picked it up I tried to tip the front desk guy who immediately refused and simply said I’m just doing my job. You can give me stars online which I will definitely be doing.

This is a nice place with lots of options for dining and activities. I don't appreciate the smell of smoke wafting from the casino. Kind of ruins the vibe in the morning to have to inhale smoke before breakfast. Busy workout room. Two hot tubs weren't working. Not many vegan options for meals except for Chickie and Pete's for dinner. Cafe used a machine for lattes--don't order them!

The hotel was clean, staff friendly and helpful. My only concern is I have severe food allergies and travel with special foods that on occasion need to be warmed. There are no microwaves anywhere in the facility and upon request you can have one brought to your room for $30 a day plus tax. For such a large facility a microwave should be complimentary.

Expensive stay and had to call housekeeping to get towels for the room. All we had were two bath towels and nothing else. No wash rags, face towels etc. We were staying there for a concert and couldn't really freshen up before the show because it took three calls and over an hour and a half to get towels for the bathroom.
