The hotel was connected to a casino. There were homeless people around everywhere. There was a security guard at the front door of the hotel. People that were not handicap were taking all of the handicap spaces. Not a very well run hotel. Would not stay there again.

The hotel was smelly and old and unkept. They had a security guard at the front door. It was connected to a casino that smelled and was not pleasing to the eye. There was a lot of derelict people around the whole area and you felt unsafe.

Staff and security were really friendly. Hotel is in more of a commercial area versus down by all the big hotels, so there was a reasonable amount of homeless people, although everyone was really friendly, saying hi and talking to my dogs. My 2 biggest complaints was the previous tenant left the alarm clock on, which went off at 2:14am, and we were staying in a dog friendly room, which smelled like stale dog urine. Since we always travel with the dogs and it was walkable to the big casinos, we'd definitely stay again.

I would never stay in this hotel again. Nothing worked, I asked for help and no one showed up at my door. Room wasn’t clean, we felt uncomfortable sleeping on that bed. Sadly the worse hotel I ever stayed in.
