This home is located in Sparks Marina, a stunning residence that perfectly encapsulates waterfront living with breathtaking views of the mountains, sunrises, and the best sunsets. It caters to family and friend group gatherings.
It is listed as a 5 bedroom, but can also be considered as 6 bedrooms due to its layout where the master bedroom has an open attached side room. Our guests have enjoyed the right balance of being together and also having their own private space.
LOCATION: The location is lakeside with mountain views. The home is on a lake with a 2-mile walking path directly behind it. Within walking distance are restaurants, coffee shops, movie theaters, casinos, shopping & children's entertainment.
COMFORT: The home has two AC systems, comfortable seatings throughout, and excellent mattresses. We have thought of everything to ensure that our guests are accommodated well during their stay.

LIVING/DINING/LAUNDRY (located on the 2nd floor):
We have a large sectional comfortable sofa with a dining table and bar sitting to accommodate a large group. The area has an attached balcony with views of the lakes and mountains.
BEDROOM CONFIGURATION: We have 11 beds + 1 fold-up bed
All Beds have comfortable foam mattresses. Please review the bedroom configuration to ensure it will accommodate your group:
BEDROOM 1 (located on the top floor, sleeps up to 5): Spacious Master Bedroom with views of the lake and the mountains. The room has a king-size bed and in the hideaway, there is a twin and full bed. There is a master bath, a separate shower, and a walk-in closet.
BEDROOM 2 (located on the 3rd floor, sleeps up to 3): This room has a queen and twin bed. It has an attached balcony and walk-in closet. A detached shared full bathroom is located on the same floor.
BEDROOM 3 (located on the 3rd floor, sleeps up to 2): This Zen room has a King-size bed with an attached closet. A detached shared full bathroom is located on the same floor.
BEDROOM 4 (located on the 3rd floor, sleeps up to 2): This room has a twin-over-twin bunk with a bathroom nearby. Please note that this space has curtains for privacy and not doors.
BEDROOM 5 (located on the bottom floor, sleeps up to 3): This is a large Studio room that has a queen bed, couch/chair, and twin bed with trundle. There is an attached bathroom with a shower. This room has a 75" Smart TV and has views of the lake and mountains.
We have a single fold-out bed available (sleeps 1) in one of the closets
PATIO: The patio has outdoor seating and a gas grill. We enjoy the patio and so does the bird and pigeons. Feel free to use the water hose and please place it back in the crate box after each use.
AMENITIES PROVIDED: Our kitchen is equipped with a toaster, blender, coffee maker, Keurig, kettle, pots/pans, silverware & knives, plates, coffee cups, glasses, grilling utensils, and wine glasses. We provide linens, blankets, comforters, towels, hand towels, washcloths, dishcloths, soaps, and shampoo. We also provide starter toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry/dish detergent kits. We have a propane grill and firepit. Please note if the propane is empty, our guests are responsible for refilling.
PETS: Please check with us regarding your pet before booking. There is a $150 pet fee stay. Up to two pets less than 40lbs minimal shedding allowed. Thanks for checking with us before your stay.

NO SMOKING/VAPING
- No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the home. Smoking is allowed outside but please pick up your cigarette butts. Any smoking detected inside the home will result in a $500 fine.
NO PARTIES
- No parties allowed and will be subject to immediate rental termination. There is now a zero-tolerance policy for visitors holding parties within the community. Guests will be escorted off the premises by law enforcement and will forfeit their deposit money if this occurs.
PETS
Please provide us with the pet information and if approved there is a $100 pet per pet per stay. Up to two pets less than 30lbs minimal shedding allowed. Thanks for checking with us prior to your stay. We ask our guests to ensure the following:
1. Please make sure that the dog is always supervised.
2. Please do not let dogs on the furniture.
3. If you must leave your dog alone, please put them in their crate or kennel.
4. Please pick up after your dogs. Extra cleaning fees we assessed if dog poos is not picked up.
GRILL: Feel free to use the barbecue outside that is set up for your leisure. Please clean up after yourselves and keep the grill clean. If found dirty and requires extra cleaning, an additional cleaning fee may be assessed. Please note that guests will need to purchase extra propane or charcoal if it's not available.
WEATHER
The weather is beyond our control and does not constitute a refund. However, some weather-related issues may be covered by travel insurance.
HOME SURVEILLANCE
- For the safety of all involved, the exterior of the home and the garage is monitored by security cameras with 24x7 recording capabilities.
NOISE CURFEW
- 9 pm Noise Curfew on the patio. Our home is located on the lake and the patio borders our neighbors.
AGE REQUIREMENT
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in
