This hotel is perfectly serviceable. My room was well-served; the bathroom was fine. It had a fairly antiseptic vibe; could use some updating. It's located right off the highway and is convenient to the airport.

Overall, I was happy with the stay and have stayed here before. Two items however, the first night rate was $120 higher than my second night which I thought was exorbitant. Second, the restaurant was staffed with 1 server/bartender to serve over 12 people on average throughout a 2 1/2 hour period.

Staff was friendly, rooms were clean. Beds were extra comfortable. Only issue was the extra dark Parking lots in the back area. Felt unsafe and the parking lines were not easily visible.

Property and this platform are not on the same page. Reserved a book now pay at the hotel and the hotel went ahead and charged me the stay. Along with also an hour later placing a deposit hold on my account BEFORE I even arrived at the hotel. Called to speak to a manager at the hotel, was very rude, continued cut me off, talk over me, followed by asking me “well what do you want me to do?”

Breakfast was automatically added in the price to stay one night, you could not opt out of paying $14 for the breakfast. Breakfast was supposed to be served from 7-11 a.m., but the staff didn't arrive until 8:00 and wasn't available to serve breakfast until 8:15. Staff were very slow. It took over15 minutes to get food. You could tell the staff did not want to be there. I wish I chose to stay at the Hyatt where others in my party stayed.
