HAVEN OF PEACE IN THE MILL

This old mill very bright has been renovated and tastefully. It is designed for 2 to 3 people in a very quiet and green location 1 km from the village and shops.
It is located away on the land of the owners. The privacy of each is preserved.
You will go to Saintes, city of art and history in 10 minutes, on the beautiful beaches of St-Georges-de-Didonne and Royan in about 30 minutes, La Rochelle and Bordeaux in about 1 hour

Ground floor: large living room of 18 m2 with living room + 1 chair-bed 1 person, table and chairs, kitchen with fridge, ceramic hob, microwave-grill, hood, coffee maker Tassimo ...

On the floor: room with a big bed 160 x 200 very comfortable, cupboards, tidying up as well as room of shower-toilet

This accommodation is non-smoking

Outside: table and chairs, armchairs, parasol, swing, access to the free pool, barbecue to share with the owners

Our animal friends are not accepted

Possibility of cleaning at the end of the stay at 50 €. Thank you to inform us in advance.

Excellent séjour ! Excellent gite !
Le gite est parfait pour un couple. Il est confortable, bien décoré et bien équipé. Avec le plaisir de la piscine en plus. Les propriétaires sont charmants et l'endroit idéal pour son calme et son environnement champêtre.

Nous avons apprécié notre sejour dans ce charmant moulin, propice a la detente et a la decouverte de la region. Le logement est bien équipé avec le gros plus de la piscine. Ce fut un tres bon sejour merci à vous !

Un joli moulin très bien situé
Le gîte est idéalement situé dans la région et permet à la fois de visiter les villes ou villages situés au bord de la côte que ceux plus dans les terres. Il est très bien équipé. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et très discrets. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine.

La tranquilité en Charentes Maritimes
Location parfaite pour 2 personnes, atypique et fonctionnelle avec le plus de la piscine. La décoration est de très bon goût et nous permet de nous approprier le lieu très rapidement, une vue imprenable de la fenêtre de la salle de bain/toilettes ! :). Martine et Aymeric les propriétaires sont très discrets et charmants. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Calme à la campagne et piscine.
Joli moulin dans une grande propriété très calme à la campagne avec piscine, idéalement situé pour découvrir la Charente Maritime. Les propriétaires sont charmants et très discrets, la piscine pour nous, seuls. Propreté impeccable, tout y est réuni pour un séjour très agréable. Jolie chambre avec un grand lit très confortable.
