Patrico is approved by Greek Tourism Organisation with license number: 1041K13003260101 & managed by "etouri vacation rental management".
Located in a peaceful village of Zouridi, Patrico is a historical traditional house oroginally built in 16th century and then renovated in 2016 to the form that you can see today.
The renovation was made with respect to its history and some modern additions, offering a cozy atmosphere throughout. It can accommodate 6 people in beds and up to 8 if necessary..
Indoor layout
Patrico consists of two buildings, the main house (180 sq. m) and the separate studio (35 sq. m).
Entering from the main gate of Patrico and as you go through the garden, you reach to the entrance of the main house. Entering the house on the ground floor there is a fully equipped functional kitchen and indoor dining area. Additionally there is an office space with a desk next to the dining area. The living room area with 32" HDTV with Netflix is found next to the kitchen and the dining areas. The ground floor also hosts a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with bath.
Just outside of the main house, there is a staircase that leads you up to the veranda and outdoor WC.
A staircase leads you to the mezzanine of the house. There are two bedrooms, with a King-size bed.
The house is a stone-made house and it keeps cool temperature even in the summer.
Outdoor area
The beautifully landscaped outdoor area of the villa offers a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation.
More specifically our outdoor facilities include:
- Fully equipped barbecue area
- An outdoor dining table
- A variety of furnished spots (with sun beds, umbrellas, tables and chairs) for relaxing in the terrace and the garden around the villa
The whole outdoor area is totally private and fenced, offering full privacy to our guests.
