Aristotiles Residence is a private holiday villa, located only 200 meters from Petres beach offering beautiful sea and mountain views! The single story villa covers 110m2 and can accommodate 4 guests in beds and up to 5 guests if necessary. The Villa is a perfect holiday destination for families with children or a group of friends.
Layout

Entering the Villa, you will find yourselves in a spacious air conditioned open plan living area consisting of the dining room, living room and the kitchen all which offer direct access to the pool area. Relax across the pool terrace letting your senses indulge in a breathtaking panorama of Cretan sea and nature.
This one storey villa has large windows to take in the views and let light roll through creating the same summer feeling in all areas. The living room features a large sofa, coffee table, a 55" Smart TV, Playstation 5 and a bluetooth speaker. Next to the living room is the dining area with a dining table that seats six guests and a fully equipped kitchen with branded electrical appliances which provides all essentials for a self catered vacation.
Additionally, there are two family bathrooms with a Hydromassage shower and two bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: King size bed (1,60 x 2,00), Air conditioning, 32" TV, Open Closet, Suitcase Stand, Safe and Direct access to BBQ area and Pool
- Bedroom 2: King size bed (1,60 x 2,00), Air conditioning, 32" TV, Open Closet, Suitcase Stand, and Direct access to Pool area with sea view

- A private, 35 sq.m. swimming pool, 1,50 m depth with a childrens section 0,60 depth
- The pool area is equipped with four sun beds, side tables, a poolside shower and two umbrellas

Aristotelis Residence is located in Petres, only a 20 minute drive from Rethymno town which has all the amenities you can require. The villa is within walking distance of the small beach coves by Petres and the local Mimis Taverna owned by the villa owner. The villages of Episkopi, Kavros and Georgioupoli are also nearby with plenty of facilities.
