The hotel is outdated definitely not a 4 star, we stayed here 3 nights it was convenient and a walking distance from Parque de Retiro also close to the main attractions of Madrid,unfortunately you can hear if someone is taking a shower or using the toilet in the nearby rooms also very noisy in the morning when the housekeepers come to clean the rooms at 7:30 am and it seems like they are renovating instead of cleaning, other than this if your not bothered by the noise is not a bad option for the price considering what else is out there

The property is in disparate need of a face lift. Hallway trim pieces missing, scraped walls, stained chairs in room that can only make you wonder "what is that?" Very dated!!

A really great place to stay in Madrid. Comfortable, clean and close enough (but not too close) to the sights. There is a grocery store and a metro stop a few blocks away.

We stayed in Madrid for 5 days after doing the Camino de Santiago. We wanted to stay near the Atocha station and this was 10 minute's walk. The hotel was very clean and nicely decorated lobby. Bed was very comfortable and room temperature was well regulated. We had their breakfast with an array of good choices. They have bar/restaurant. We didn’t eat but had good choices at decent prices.
