We could not find our reservation from weeks ago so thought we had forgotten to book and booked elsewhere as reminders did not come until we were traveling to the new reserved location. Not our normal carelessness but had some other stresses. A reminder sooner would have been helpful

You can walk to grocery, food places, train museum. breakfast is limited to granola bars, boiled egg, coffee, juice. no cooked food. room is big for us - 2 adult and 2 kids. we liked staying in this hotel.

Really good. Clean, nice and simple. Coffee/tea/hot chocolate station was a good touch. Only issue was the room's entry mat could be a bit longer into the room. But otherwise perfect.

Train station?
Very friendly staff, but even they could not have stopped the all-night noise from the trains across the road. Easy breakfast designed for putting in your pocket or eating on the road

Very comfortable beds, good facilities and a great place to stay while you're in town. The staff are efficient and courteous. The water pressure is excellent and TV size is good, tv channels are varied with a decent selection. Mini bar a good size. A microwave would have been ideal in the room. Would stay here for a 3rd time for sure.

This is a quite nice property. Yves (front desk) was helpful and polite. The suite was quiet and clean. A microwave would have been nice, but not necessary. Our only disappointment was the lack of a real "breakfast", just a "snack". We needed something more substantial so had to go elsewhere. Otherwise, great place to stay.

The unit that we had is not classified a handicapped suite, but a regular room with two queen beds in it. Since I have a walking issue, & use my walker all the time, I found the bathroom door (28-30” wide), very narrow.
