The open plan living area is spacious with vaulted ceiling and parquet flooring. The fitted kitchen comes complete with an electric oven, 4 ring induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment. There’s a dining table with bench seats and a couple of comfortable sofas and a TV with DVD player. The living area cleverly converts into a bedroom at night with two extremely comfortable modern stowaway beds  and the separate shower room has a wide double shower. All on one level, this delightful holiday pad is a great option for a couple looking to stay in a central location in this vibrant seaside town. Can be rented with nearby 'Lavender Cottage'  to sleep 6 with 10% discount if both properties are booked together.
The Folly is just off the High Street, perfect for getting out and about and exploring this delightful seaside town by foot - it’s just a short walk to the sea the picturesque pastel beach huts. Stroll along the upper promenade, beautiful at any time of year. The town’s individual shops, cafes, delis and restaurants are all on hand too - perfect for a coffee and cake while indulging in a little retail therapy. A visit to Southwold wouldn’t be complete without heading off to the pier, dating back to the 1900’s, it was originally built as a landing point for the steamships which use to stop off at the town. Don’t forget to visit the lighthouse - this distinctive landmark at the centre of the town has been guiding vessels into the historical harbour since the late 1800’s.
