Walberswick is a pretty seaside village on the Suffolk coast with a village green, cafes, deli, pubs and stylish interiors shop and the sandy beach and river. This is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, characterised by its sand dunes and familiar beach huts. Nearby Southwold is 5 miles away with its famous, iconic lighthouse and fabulously fresh seafood! The town has some excellent independent shops, cafes and restaurants, be sure to call in for a pint of the acclaimed Adnams beer in one of the popular pubs.

Ground floor: Newly Fitted Kitchen/Dining/Sitting Room: Large island with sink, double electric oven, electric hob, dishwasher, American style fridge and freezer with ice maker, 4 slice toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, large oak table and 10 chairs. Two sets of Bi-fold doors out on to large patio area. The sitting/snug room is reached through an arch with sliding doors and has a 2-seater sofa, 2.5-seater sofa, digital TV, XBOX, wood-burner. Entertainment : both living areas have digital TV and one has a DVD and an XBOX. Music centre. Outside: garden laid to lawn. Garden furniture. Please be aware that this garden is not secure. Parking: off road parking the three cars. Car charging point. General: WiFi. Bedding and towels provided. Oil central heating and a wood-burning stove for (one small basket of logs are provided on arrival (November-March). No smoking. Pets : pets are welcome but must be kept downstairs at all times. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee. Dogs should not be left unattended in the property. Accidental Damage Deposit : you will need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property.
