From the time we arrived way before checkin to time of checkout everyone was extremely kind, welcoming and genuinely cared about us. We were able to check in 5 hrs early, which was greatly appreciated. The front deck personnel were concerned about our welfare and always suggested ways to enjoy our stay. Kudos to Violeta who always went above and beyond. She made our stay as great as it was.

The rooms were small (think cruise ship cabin) but manageable. Theres no place to store anything (no closet, no dresser), so we worked out of our suitcases. Which were only 2 carry-ons, if you have more than that you might be in trouble. Overall, for our short stay, the rooms worked well enough.

Front desk and housekeeping staff were super polite, professional and engaging. The gym, sauna and hot tub are nice perks. Anything you need is a short walk and the attached restaurant food and staff are excellent.

Lovely stay
Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! It is walking distance to so many attractions, the breakfast was wonderful, the staff are friendly and if you arrive early they will store your bags for you. The room was spacious and very quiet. I could not hear anyone in the surrounding rooms. They provide you with a room phone that is a cell phone, which you can use to call locally and give that number to tour operators and such… very handy!

Great property, central and great staff. Daily tax charge at end of stay wasn’t much but a hidden charge, not by the hotel but the hotel should advise people up front and not when they checkout, very cheeky and rude tbh.
