Beautiful hotel- the lobby/design is full of character and history. Room was clean and tastefully designed. Breakfast was plentiful and lovely. Though I didnt try it, the hotel also has a bar to enjoy. Great locatoon for exploring the main town. 15 mins walk from the marina, 15 mins walk from the iconic church and ‘rainbow road’.

We loved our stay at the hotel. We visited for Airwaves and the hotel was within minutes from the venues and made it easy to get around. It's next to all the sites you can walk to and enjoy the city center. Perfect location all around. Bus stop #1 is a block away and that is extremely convenient for airport transfer and tours. The people are always friendly and knowledgeable and help with anything needed. I would definitely stay here again!

Quiet, clean and comfortable. Very helpful front desk staff. Superb breakfast. Excellent location. The only thing we weren't expecting was a bath only (no shower) in our room, but that was a minor inconvenience. We would definitely stay again.

This was a very nice hotel in a great part of town. Wonderful shops and restaurants are right near the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a large variety and really delicious.

Excellent stay!
I enjoyed my stay at the hotel very much. The breakfast service was excellent. The customer service from the staff was also excellent. The location is great. Close to shops, restaurants, pubs and the Harpa Center, which is where I needed to be for a week-long conference. The bed was comfortable. I was so happy I could open the bedroom window. I like to sleep with fresh outside air even in the winter time. I really enjoyed my stay here. The front desk is helpful if you want to book a tour. There is a nice luggage room if you need to hold your things before going to the airport. There is a nice bar attached. Check out is at noon, which is excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel. I will be staying here again next year when I must return to Iceland for the same conference event.

Nice centrally located hotel. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. All the staff in the hotel were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good selection. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The only negative I have is that the floor was not as well cleaned as it could have been. When I opened my suitcase on the floor, it picked up a layer of dust.
