Without internet service finding the actual property from the airport transfer was difficult. After calling the person I talked to realized I was frustrated and actually walked to find us and guide us to the hotel. I was very impressed with her take charge step and assistance. The concierge was also very helpful in getting a taxi for one of our activities.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable for a family of 5. There was a kitchen with everything we needed. The apartment building had an elevator and the surrounding area was very safe and walkable with lots of shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful and let us store our luggage before check in. We highly recommend staying here.

This property was located within the vibrant market area where you can shop souvenirs or dine and walkable to many attractions. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast served daily with fresh loaf of bread and a basket of cheese, yogurt, eggs, bread, ham and cheese for sandwich, tomatoes, etc. When first checked-in, it was already in the refrigerator and wasn't sure if this was included so did not consume and very early in the next morning, we had to go for our excursion so could not enjoy breakfast. I hope the hotel leave a note with the breakfast basket so that the customer feel free to consume - it was completely my fault but will be awesome if a note by the hotel is there to greet the customer. All and all, awesome hotel, I would highly recommend. Just aware that the parking is on your own - outside paid hours should be checked. Parka app will be handy paying for parking anywhere there.

Bery helpful and accommodating staff. The fresh breakfast and warm bread made me look forward to waking up in the morning. The property was spotless and spacious. The cleaning crew did an excellent job and catered to all of our needs. The kitchen was well-equipped. Everything was walking distance from restaurants, shops, and bus stops. The Residence Hotel Rejkavik is as close to perfect as a hotel can be.

Great property and wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the space and privacy of our family studio. The kitchen is well stocked for everything needed to make a meal. We were able to easily fry bacon for our homemade sandwiches plus the complimentary milk, juice, coffee and cornflake careal was an excellent accommodation. Location was also perfect for frequent visits around the city.
