This property is spacious and clean. It is great to be able to prepare food on our own. GPS lead us right to it, but it was hard to feel confident we were in the right place since there is no name visible on the building til you get to the door. (As opposed to hotels which are easier to locate.)

We did not receive email giving instructions on how to enter our accommodation. I was unable to contact the owner on my own. Fortunately Expedia was able to contact them and get the information for us. To get the information did take some time, we were fortunate we had good internet access on our phone and the refuge of our car as it was raining really hard. The place was a nice size and had all amenities needed. Furniture was nice. Reason for poor rating. There was a constant mildew smell that was very strong and there were quite a few silver fish that were running around. As the place was small we had to put our luggage on the floor and I did not like that silver fish would be around them. If these 3 things could be fixed the place would get a much higher rating.

I loved how spacious and modern the apartment was. It had everything we needed. I also loved that the grocery store was about a 5 minute walk away.

The apartment had a well situated location. It was clean, well stocked. Easy and prompt messaging with owner. There is a place to leave your luggage if you arrive before check-in. A pet peeve was other inconsiderate tenants who allowed main doors and apartment doors to slam shut which echoed loudly in building. Also, apartment above sounded as if the tenants were wearing heavy work boots when walking around. It was just a tad annoying.

We stayed in Stay Apartments for two nights with our 2 daughters. The apartment was as described. We would stay there again, highly recommended. The location was close to the downtown and all main spots that tourists typically visit.

The apartment is in what looks like an upcoming area with some construction cranes near by. We were there Fri and Sat night so we did not experience any noise from this. The apartment was nice, clean and large for our family of 4 (our teens are young adults). Communication was great, received the email with entrance codes before arrival.
