Overall, the property was well suited to what we needed during our trip. The staff was friendly and responsive and the rooms were very clean. Hali was conveniently located to visit Diamond beach and our glacier tour the next day. The only negative was the menu was limited and probably catering to a more upscale crowd than the hotel would attract. Additionally, there were no kids menu options available. Aside from the dinner menu, I would highly recommend staying at the Hali Country Hotel to anyone in need of overnight accommodations in that region.

Clean rooms & nice staff. Included breakfast was ample. We had dinner at the restaurant & it was very good. My shower didn't drain well at all, so that wasn't pleasant, but other than that it was nice, clean & a good stopping point.

Perfect location, subpar room quality
Location is perfect. This is the only hotel in area so they have cut down on standards. Rroms have musty smell. Bathrooms have only one soap bottle (no separate toiletries). Pls bring your own toiletries if you want separate body wash, shampoo, conditioner, etc. Beds are not so comfortable. Lobby area is very good. Restaurant has good food options. Included breakfast is good.

This was an excellent stay. Very nice staff and great breakfast. The room is slightly dated and the bed and pillows are not the most comfortable. Overall it was a great stay for a night or two. Super clean, friendly staff and great breakfast with easy check in and check out

Spent one night passing through the area. The location was peaceful and beautiful. The bedroom and bathroom had black material along the baseboards and ceiling - appeared to be mold, but not positive. Wouldn’t have felt comfortable staying for more than one night.

This property was cute and clean. This is not the place to watch television and the water is heated using geothermal heat, so it takes a moment for hot water but its great! The Hali part is more like a motel feel. There are 3 properties on this one that uses the Hali as the main building for breakfast and dinner. The dinning hall is a bit cramped. This is very apparent when there are tour busses there and they stay on scheldue. We would definitely stay here again. The bread is made fresh daily. Smoked lamb, eggs, cereals, happy marriage cake and other delicious baked goods available for breakfast.

Nice and clean accommodation with Spanish speaking and very friendly staff. Convinient location next to major attractions and tour operators. The staff is willing to the extra mile to support your needs; the first night the kitchen was closed when we arrived and we were starving, the staff managed to get us something to eat

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The ocean view from the room was peaceful, and bed was comfy. Bedding was also clean, so we slept very well! Breakfast was delicious too. There were homemade bread, lamb pate, various fruits and so on. We had dinner at their restaurant. It was a bit pricy but grilled lamb was very tasty! We’d love to come back again :)
