The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, recommending a very good Italian restaurant in the area. We didn't have the hotel's breakfast though. The hotel is very convenient for car travellers and the tram stop is only a five minute walk. Thank you - we'll be back!

Spiksplinternieuw hotel in een buitenwijk van Karlsruhe. Hotel als het wijkje zijn ingericht volgens de laatste trends. Vanwege parkeerstress in binnenstad had ik dit hotel gekozen. De tram stopt voor de deur. Deze brengt je in 20 minuten downtown. Gelet op de kamerprijs had ik een koelkastje op de kamer verwacht.

Ingen parkering, ingen nøgle, beskidt lagen.
På forhånd havde vi fået at vide, at der var gratis parkering på hotellet og mulighed for opladning af elbil. Ved ankomst er der alligevel ikke mulighed for opladning af elbil. Parkeringen koster 10 euro, men der er ikke flere pladser. Vi bliver henvist til at holde på gaden. Der er dog heller ikke meget plads, og vi ender med at holde langt fra hotellet. Vi ankommer lidt før 23 og er meget trætte. Vi kan ikke få en nøgle til værelset?! Receptionisten skal åbne døren for os. Da vi skal ud i bilen igen, er hun nødt til at følge os med op på værelset igen og åbne for os. Lagnet på sengen er så beskidt med jord og blodpletter, at jeg er nødt til at bede om rent sengetøj. Receptionisten er utrolig ubehøvlet og svarer strengt på spørgsmål om parkering og værelsesnøgle. Da jeg spørger om nyt sengetøj er hun mere venlig. Vi rejser videre tidligt morgenen efter. Den værste hotel-oplevelse i mit liv til dato. Jeg vil fraråde det til alle.

Gewählt aufgrund der «Zufussnähe» zur ArtKarlsruhe, was ein relevanter Vorteil dieses Hotels ist. Ansonsten ein selten so spartanisch eingerichtetes Hotel erlebt. Die beiden Männer an der Reception haben sich Mühe gegeben, die Chefin hingegen kann nicht einmal ihre Gäste begrüssen. Im Haus oder in der Nähe gibt es kein Restaurant, aber gegenüber ein gutes Lebensmittelgeschäft. Das Frühstück ist gut.

Waren zur Hundeausstellung in Karlsruhe. Wir werden wiederkommen, den das Hotel und sein Personal war in allem sehr zuvorkommend, nett & aufmerksam. Man hatte die Frage noch nicht ganz gestellt, da war es schon erledigt. Trotz sehr vieler Hund im Hotel war es äußerst sauber und rein.Die Dame am Empfang und ihr Kollege waren eine Wucht.
