Piles of old mattresses and filthy unkept lawn areas. Hotel was clearly in some sort of renovation phase. Front desk was courteous but the view from my window was a huge pile of old mattresses

The place was a construction zone. The bed was comfortable, the room itself was okay, but I’m not very picky. When I reserved the room, I didn’t know the hotel was under renovations and there were times I thought someone was going to bust through the wall or come through the ceiling! No naps for me! At least it was quiet during the night!

The condition of the hotel is horrible. The pool is green and old. They are remodeling but it’s horrible remodel by obvious non professionals. It needs a total revamp. For the price we should have stayed somewhere else. The front desk person was accommodating and helpful. The hotel just gives me the ick. Fridge in room didn’t work and neither did the blow dryer.

Several issues with the room! The heater/air conditioner didn’t work properly and you could see black mold on the vents. The light over the sink didn’t work so you couldn’t see to put/take out contacts. The door lock didn’t exist. The room had extremely thin walls and the room next door had their tv on all night! Will not stay here again!

When asked about an elevator they told us that there was not one because it was a 32 year old building. The room was dirty and the bedding was not put on properly. The hot tub and pool were both dirty and you could barely see the bottom. Pool area floor was very dirty and the tables paint was peeling off and on the floor. Compared to other hotels, this was the worst one I have ever stayed in. Regardless if it is a 32 year old hotel, it still should be maintained and cleaned.

This place is terrible.
Would never stay here again. Where do I begin…The sheets were on inside out with makeup stains on the other side. Super springy mattresses. The ice maker had black mold growing in it. The room door wouldn’t shut and had to be slammed to close, the deadbolt was broken and didn’t latch properly. The room was dirty from the carpet to the bathroom floor. The people at the front desk must not have spoke English, as they just smiled and nodded. I’m pretty sure they could care less about clean or functioning rooms.

1st room they gave us was dirty.. bed unmade kleenex on desk had not been touched between people i paid extra for waterview they gave us a room overlooking a huge tree and the dam a couple rooms down were empty and had a great view of the water not nearly as nice as advertized

The tile in the bathroom Was literallly falling down. The water damage in the bathroom was so bad the ceiling paint and drywall were in the bathroom floor and garbage can: they didn’t have towels or soap in the room
