The Beach House boasts a stylish and modern design, ensuring comfort and convenience throughout your stay. Renovated to the highest standard, we offer a cosy home-away-from-home experience.
The space
Welcome to The Beach House, lovingly designed to offer the perfect blend of a home away from home and a true beach holiday experience. Renovated in 2023, this property sits just two streets away from the beach.

The property:

Downstairs: Step into a the bright entrance hall, perfect for kicking off sandy shoes. Walk into the spacious open plan living, kitchen-diner, with bifold doors that open onto an enclosed, south-facing garden featuring private dining. The open plan area is furnished with a large corner sofa, cuddle chair, smart TV, dining table, and a modern kitchen complete with a breakfast bar and bar stools. Additionally, there's a second cozy snug/living room with a large corner sofa bed for extra guests (made up on request), perfect for the kids to have their own space! The master bathroom on this level boasts a bath, separate shower cubicle, sink, and toilet.

Upstairs: Discover a spacious landing with an extra living area, featuring coffee shop-inspired seating for enjoying sunsets behind the patio doors. Off this space, you'll find a large private balcony with frosted glass and comfortable furniture for relaxation. There are two large double bedrooms on this level, one with a king-size bed, a smart TV, and ample storage, while the other has two single beds, a smart TV, and storage. This level also features the second bathroom, a shower room with a sink and toilet.

Around the property, you'll find a selection of games and books for added entertainment. Every guest will receive a complimentary welcome pack, including tea, coffee, sugar, milk, and a few extra surprises to make your check-in special.

There will be a large cupboard available to guests which will include any extras we feel you may need to make your stay a little more comfortable and hopefully a few less items for you to pack.
Some of these include - Beach towels, Picnic dinner set,
Beach toys, Umbrella, Board games, Extra blankets, Hairdryer,
Iron and Ironing board. Washing powder, Dishwasher tablets. Pot Towels.

For your furry friends - Enough for 2 dogs. Bowls & place mats, Dog treats, Blankets, Poop bags & cleaning spray.

Fantastic Christmas Stay!
We had a wonderful stay at this property over Christmas, seeing in the New Year. The house was exactly as described – spacious, spotlessly clean, and perfectly peaceful. It had everything we needed, with thoughtful eco-friendly touches like hand soaps and cleaning products that we really appreciated.The location was incredibly convenient, with direct access to a dog-friendly beach – a huge bonus for our four-legged family member! The secure garden was also perfect for them to roam safely.Overall, this property provided a quiet, relaxing getaway with all the comforts we could ask for. We wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend it to others looking for a peaceful, pet-friendly retreat.
