Super location, older character style properly right on the main square. Very helpful stuff. However rooms are dated and beds uncomfortable. We booked superior room which was very basic. I can only imagine what standard rooms are like. Toilet and bathroom are separate across the room which was not good having to go across to wash your hands after using toilet facility. Breakfast was very basic and not worth the money. Plenty of eating places just outside so don’t bother paying for it. Overall 4 out of 5 due to location and helpful staff.

Great little boutique hotel
Quick easy check-in. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Typical European size, with no fridge or coffee maker....we are spoiled in Canada! But a great price for the location. Breakfast (extra €) typical European with cold cuts, cheese, pastries and bread, yogurt and cold cereal. No eggs etc. Nice little patisserie up past the tower with warmed quiche etc for a good price where I preferred. Nice place to have a drink in the evening out front near the fountain.

Lovely hotel in the centre of town.
The hotel was very well located in the centre of town. There were lots of free car parks located less than 5 mins walk away. The hotel was spotlessly clean. There is a lovely spa area although it was quite busy when we visited at 6pm.

Comfortable hotel right downtown
The room was great. Comfortable beds. Windows that open. Nice bathroom. Shortcomings? No fridge so cold beer or wine has to be had at nearby bar or restaurant but there are many to choose between within a block.

Wonderful stay in Ribeauville
The staff was very helpful and very friendly, they went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. The hotel room was comfortable and clean, and the location can't be beat!! The town is so lovely, and Hotel de la Tour heightened the experience!

Staying at Ribeauville was amazing. The village is beautiful and and Hotel is located perfectly. We enjoyed the hotel spa and the welcoming of the staff.

The hotel was located in the center of Ribeauville. The hotel was charming and clean. The room was a nice size and comfortable. The staff was not helpful when speaking about Ribeauville. They did not seem to like speaking in English as they were very friendly to some French guests. Breakfast was more expensive and less offered than in other hotels in town.

Nice and convenient
Simple but nice hotel, at a convenient address. Good value for money. This was our second stay here. The hotel has a parking lot, but it is off a very narrow little lane that I would not like to negotiate in a car I'm not used to driving. Public parking nearby has worked very well for us. The staff speaks English.

Very central in historic town.
Good hotel but bed and breakfast only. Very good breakfast Rooms rather small in historic building. Advise reserving parking as finding a space in the town is difficult.

Great stay
We spent 3 nights here and really enjoyed our stay. The bed was large and comfortable, the room clean and neat, and the staff friendly and helpful. We found parking in the nearby streets and thought the location was very central and convenient. Lots of dining/wine-tasting options nearby.

Right center in the pretty village, good location. Breakfast is not included, extra charge of 10.50 euro per person. We enjoyed a running up to les trois châteaux (Château du Girsberg, de Haut-Ribeaupierre et de Saint-Ulrich) from the hotel. Although we didn't have enough time to visit the wineries, it is an excellent location for trying out the beautiful Alsacien wines.

Nice little hotel in centre of Ribeauville
We stayed four nights. Check in was easy and room was available on arrival. We stayed in Room 2 and our friends next door. Our room was very large with two big windows over looking the town square and Hotel de Ville. The building itself is old and the floors in our room creaked like crazy but the bed was large and comfortable although much lower to the floor than in most hotels. Bathroom was quite large but shower didn't work properly but that was a small issue - we simply bathed in the deep tub. (Our friends had the same problem with their shower.) Hotel staff were very good, especially a quiet but very helpful lady by the name of Corinne. She made restaurant reservations for us on several occasions and provided excellent advice on good places to eat. Breakfast was included in our room rate and it was perfectly fine. Breakfast room staff were hustling all the time so coffee cups were never empty. The Hotel has a small parking lot and will reserve space for you at the time of booking. I suggest you do that if you are driving as parking could be a nightmare in the old city. Hotel location was great for walking the city, dining in the evening or going out for a drink. The hotel has a spa and tennis court (at another location) but we used neither. The Hotel was very prompt in communicating by email in advance of our arrival, answering every question we had.
