Very,Very, unhappy..

So my husband us a truck driver so we look for places he can have a good nights sleep.this was not one of them. He got on to the room smelt like mold, mold was around window by AC, He check the air vents and they where full dirt, not been cleaned .He told front desk they came in and changed filter, but with in an hour of being in the room he was getting a really bad head ache. Staned up carpet not been cleaned for a while either.He a two day reservation but only stayed 1 night.. food was not really good old bananas.And of course not one person at the hotel asked if he wanted his money back. People that have been their for a while said the dont cleanl like they are supposed to.But my Husband did tell me the nixt day they where really clean rooms because he was making some phone calls.Hotels.com did give us 1/2 our payment back .but tge hotel should of made it right!!

This was an easy quick overnight stay on a 2 day driving trip. The bed was very comfortable, tv had the channels we needed, and breakfast had eggs and yogurt and fruit and coffee.

We were only at the hotel for like 6 hours to sleep while traveling. One bed was hard the other was comfortable. Late night check in guy was friendly and helpful

This hotel was very unacceptable. Upon arrival we were given keys to an occupied room. We went back to the front desk and were given a second set of keys to a room that was beyond disgusting. The room reeked of cigarette smoke and there were cigarette stains on the carpet. The bed had large stains on it as well. We went back to the front desk and were told that we could leave and be refunded the entire amount that we had paid. This was not the case. We were charged and they refused to honor what they had told us. Lily, the manager, blamed Expedia and said they could not refund us. It was a horrible experience and we are out $308. There should be something in place when faced with a situation like this. We went into this thinking we had a clean place to stay and instead we were taken advantage of.

When we arrive to the hotel my wife and I realized that the staff at the front desk took forever to come to the desk to check us in and then we got up to the room and realized our refrigerator was not working which took them forever to come and check to see what was wrong with it also we noticed that the window in our room was broke from the outside who knows how long that had been like that seriously this place needs a serious uplift

Not worth it

Room was dirty with stained sheets and hair on the floor and bathtub, no lock in the door, shower broken and rooms smelled like bad body odor, musty, smoker. Very nasty for a room over $100 price point and representation of the Wyndham Brand
