I am not one to leave poor reviews, this is a must. Driving from Indah to California, we made a reservation for whatvwe thought was a best western in Fillmore, Utah. We made the reservation through expedia. Within five minutes of making the reservation, i realized my mistake and found I'd made it for Richfield Best Western, a two hour drive from Fillmore. We called expedia immediately and they saidvthey would call the hotel to try to cancel. The hotel absolutely refused and the clerk even mocked us. Expedia also said there was nothing they could or would do. So we are out 82 dollars and no recourse for it. They were completely rude and the whole business was disappointing, Both with Expedia and the Best Western Hotel. Lesson learned. It was painful to suck it up in todays economy.

Will never stay here again.
We stay in lots of hotels because of traveling with sports. This was the worst customer service. I was told to keep my room keys away from my phone when they stopped working, instead of just doing it with a smile on his face. I had to tell him they were never by my phone and was in a different pocket. Then the food was the worse breakfast food out of all the hotels we stay in. The mustard in the packets were brown and dried out, the eggs were in 1/2 of water making them unedible. When breakfast was over, right on the dot, the staff turned off the lights in the lobby turned off the TVs that were playing (making the lobby unwelcoming and came in and locked the breakfast room as my family and others were still in their eating. As we left, we had to unlock the door to get out. Then for some reason they had a paper over the open time of the pool thing, saying 2:00 p.m. instead of being open in the morning. That's something my daughter looks forward to every time.

This is an old, poorly maintained property. We were forced to pay over $300/night for our room due to the lack of availability at other hotels. Don’t stay if you can avoid it.

I didn't reserve a dog friendly room through Expedia prior to my arrival but the hotel staff was very kind in helping me and my pup get squared away. Great complimentary breakfast, great spacious room and comfy bed. I will definitely stay here again when I travel back through Richfield in January.

I made a mistake and booked the no cancel reservation for the wrong date. Expedia tried to work with the hotel manager not for a refund but to move the reservation to the correct date. (neither date was a weekend) Management of hotel refused to move the reservation and of course took our money for the date we could not be there. I understand the price reflected a non cancel reservation but I did not want to cancel and get a refund. I just wanted to move it to correct date. We will not be using this Best Western Hotel in the future.
