The pool area had free ping pong and mini golf as well as an arcade so lots for kids to do. The hotel is a little dated and worn, but it was good for one night near Cuyahoga on the way to New York. My kids had fun. No elevator to second floor. Breakfast decent. It must have been amazing when it first opened.

Clean, comfortable
Clean, comfortable. Only a few rather minor maintenance issues that would be easy for them to miss without someone mentioning. Everything functioned and except for a bit of outside noise, it was pretty quiet. Good customer service

Overall a very pleasant experience. The room was clean. We always check for bedbugs and there were none to be found. Lobby appeared very clean & polished. I enjoyed having coffee in the dining room that overlooks the pool & games area. The design feels very 70’s but I liked that aspect. Only complaint is that the sausage & eggs from breakfast were soft & soggy. Would prefer something more crisp. I stopped eating it because it weirded me out. No big deal and overall good time here.

Photos paint a different picture
This is a catfish of a hotel. The photos are extremely appealing, but the condition doesn’t match at all. The arcade is about 100 degrees with games that rarely function. We had to request money back multiple times because games are them. Pool area was overall dingy and outdated. This seems like a hotel that probably thrived about 15 years ago, but now it’s just a lot of empty space and feels vacant and uncomfortable. In short, disappointing experience—especially for the cost.

While I was told that there could be an issue with the lock, I did not think it would happen. They should have not let the room be used until it was fixed. Also the inside cleanliness of the room was subpar. The faucet in the tub leaked all night long. There was no cover on the light in the bathroom. The sink faucet barely had water pressure and was also rusted and broken. The sheets were dirty. The pool area needed cleaning.

We were passing through and stopped here for the amenities. The kiddie pool was nice, along with the arcade and indoor playground. Breakfast was decent. Kids loved staying here.

Needs A Facelift
Property is very outdated. While clean, it screamed out 1970’s fashion decor. The exterior door B was broken. Directed us to door C which was barely hanging on. No elevator to second floor so we had to carry all our luggage etc up the stairs. Room was clean but again, needs a major update. The two pools and hot tub were a nice amenity but the hot tub clearly said no one under 16 allowed but no one monitoring it. Same thing the following morning. Unsupervised kids running all over. Breakfast in the morning was decent. The hotel wasn’t overly booked, maybe 20 total vehicles in the parking lot. It was just ok and right for the price.

It was fine: clean room, comfortable enough (nice pillows!) but it's not a new property and nothing fancy. I would stay there again. There is no elevator so be aware of that. The hallways/stairway carpets looked uncleaned/unswept but the room was ok.

This hotel was super outdated. The water pressure was horrible in the bathroom the furniture was old was dusty. The rugs needed shampooing or pulled up. The bed was comfortable and swim area was cool but I would never stay there again

My room had issues on shower faucet. Of the three valves, only hot water worked. While I could take a shower because the hot water was not scorchingly hot, the condition was unacceptable.
