When we booked the Hotel,it said balcony with a river view (it was way in the distance) we overlooked an empty parking lot. It was a nice Hotel, we would book again if we were to visit the area.

Jacob was great. We had to change rooms, TV didn't work. One washer/dryer in the middle of the hallway, needs updating carpet old. Room was clean but dated. Toilet seat loose in first room. Elevator slow.

Nice to be near shopping. The room was pretty good. The overall condition of the property was a little run down. The hot tub had so much chemicals that my son began violently coughing. Definitely something wrong. I hope that your staff look into the over use of chemicals. Anyone who went into the hot tub quickly got out.
