Surrounded by Spanish-moss-draped pines and close to recreation and historic sites, this home dates back to the early 1940s, when industrialist Henry Ford developed the Richmond Hill area. It lies about 35 minutes’ drive from downtown Savannah and just steps from the Myrtle Grove Plantation, where many movies and TV series have been filmed.
Newly renovated, yet preserving the charm of yesteryear, guests will feel right at home as will well-behaved pets.

The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed. A second bedroom has 2 double beds, and a third bedroom has 3 twin-sized beds. There is one bathroom. This is a one-story home, and the bedrooms wrap around a central hallway – from which a lone fireplace heated the home back in the day.
The kitchen is original to the home and features beautiful views of pine woods. It has a refrigerator, stove and nice-sized pantry. There is no dishwasher in keeping with the kitchen’s historic nature.
The dining room has a chandelier and glass-topped table and seats 8.
