Overall our stay was good. The one downside was that our room smelled like wet dog when we first checked in. It looked clean but the smell wasn’t pleasant.

My room wasn't available at 3p as stated. After driving across town to hotel was advised there it wouldn't be ready until 4:30p. I had a 4p reservation at restaurant w/family so I couldn't wait. The did paperwork but wouldn't give me the keys so at 10p I had to go back to desk get keys get the room unpack ect all with 2 kids. There late cleaning of rooms was very inconvenient for us. However room was fine. Very clean, minimalist room. No frills but clean & comfortable.

We have stayed in other Avid properties and have found them clean and efficient. It includes a good breakfast. Only comment would be that the tables could be wiped down more often at breakfast time. The room is a good design for two people with a comfortable bed and large bathroom with a walk-in shower. Thanks for a comfortable stay.
