Team up with another family and take the kids on a nature friendly vacation with multiple hiking trails near by, walking trails in our back yard with access to frog ponds or a day trip to a different beach every day!
Get the guys together for a golf & fishing weekend with access to multiple courses and fresh water ponds or the ocean!
Get the gals together for a beach or hiking weekend with access to a spa less than a mile away!
Get 2-4 couples together to get away and do ANY or ALL of these things because if there are no kiddos, you easily can :)

Regardless of how you are using it, you might see a deer or two at dusk or early in the morning. Lightning bugs and the sounds of frogs and crickets surround the home at dark.
