The pool was filthy all 4 days we were there and I don’t see anyone come to clean it. I stayed here purposefully so my son could utilize the pool. A waste of money as I could’ve stayed at another location and their pool was clean. For my son to walk to the pool and turn and ask not to have to go into the dirty pool because he was concerned, do better! The customer service was ok but everyone had a different reason the pool was not changed at the time they told me it would be (no one came)

Good, but lacking in the main areas
The room was large and spacious, exactly what we wanted. However, there was a noticeable odor in the room and hallway that was very pervasive. The beds were VERY uncomfortable...hard, and with a terrible dip in the middle that kept us rolling to the center of the bed. The cabinets in the kitchen had lots of crumbs big and small in them and looked as if they hadn't been cleaned out in a while, along with the microwave. Other than that, the room was fine. We did like the upgraded lighting in the room and the desk and chaise. But we'd gladly give that up for a good night's sleep.

I made reservations on Expedia, I had confirmation emails, Itinerary but there was a failure on Expedia to let your hotel know I had reservations and that I had paid. My Expedia confirmation email should have been accepted without so much discussion. You definitely have a problem with Expedia. BUT that is NOT my problem….
