Everyone on staff was polite, helpful and kind. Rooms and entire hotel was clean. Breakfast had many good options. Coffee was available 24 hours daily. Would definitely stay again.

I’ve stayed there many times and like it. The only complaint I had this time was the noise from the room above us. I called the front desk the second night at 2 AM because the kids were still running around up there, and the lady at the front desk took care of it and we had no more issues.

Very nice staff, very nice hotel. The pool and spa where amazing, cozzy rooms, maintenance helped me right away when I need the toilet unclogged, towel and face wipes brought every other day. Breakfast was very good, thank you for a welcoming stay!

Hallway carpet in need of cleaning. Great food options close-by, room was clean and quiet. Parking instructions uneven. When I checked in, there were no instructions. As I waited to get my key reset, I overheard another guest being directed where to park, and getting their license plate registered

it was clean & the Staff was great. The complimentary breakfast is a plus. Only thing I saw was that the bathroom in Room 102 seems to have a little mold. But it was for 1 day only otherwise I would have probably asked for another room. Other than that everything was great.

The first room assigned wasn’t cleaned at all, and with the tv still on and food on the counters perhaps still occupied. The second room given was upgraded to a suite which was polite of them, but with the stained curtains, linens, and the tiny bugs on the desk, it wasn’t better. Checked in and out within 2 hours and booked somewhere else.

Showed up to the hotel at first it seemed fairly promising, however when we got to the room, there was something stuck to the nightstand that got all over my pants when I leaned up against it. The smoke detector wasn’t actually attached to the ceiling, it was about an inch down with a hole around it. The mattress was uncomfortable and you could feel ever dip and lump. The saving grace was the free breakfast in the morning, which my kids actually enjoyed. Honestly I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Richmond unless it’s deep cleaned and the rooms updated.

Excellent stay. Just know that you need to abide by their parking policy. Park in their lot only or you will be towed. They were very clear about this when we checked in.

Volunteering at DECC golf tournament
Very comfortable bed, large room, microwave and refrigerator, clean bathroom with good shower, adequate breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, and fitness room and indoor pool. Negatives are very slow WIFI and small TV with low def. Reminded me of watching TV in the 70’s.
