No housecleaning
The room was fine as far as cleanliness. We did not have house cleaning though. No clean towels, trash not taken out, no coffee refill for the room, nothing. I asked when we returned in the evening. The host explained that you have to stay 3 nights to get housecleaning! So, if you are staying 2 nights, don’t put your towels on the floor assuming housecleaning will come. If I had know I would have hung our towels.

I was in the area for business. It was a very good choice and VERY convenient to where I needed to be. Would have been perfect if they had comfort height toilets. Most people are over 5'4".

Booked two queen rooms and was given a double- went to complain at front office and no one was there or at front desk. Husband knocked on office door and no one answered multiple times. Room smelt of chemicals and smoke - was up all night with asthma symptoms- truly was a health hazard
