There was a popcorn machine in the lobby, but it was completely out of popcorn and kernels. The employees never refilled it but rather removed it for the rest of our stay. The room itself was average. We spotted cockroaches in the bathroom, however. The breakfast was good. Sausages were above average and the waffles were really good. Nice that they have whipped cream, oreo crumbs, sprinkles, and other toppings.

I commute to Richmond for work and sometimes need a place to stay (and sleep) between shifts. I like the fact that breakfast starts early (so I can eat before my shift). Staff is always polite and efficient and my rooms have been quiet enough for me to rest well.

Everything was so comfortable and clean!! Staff were wonderful. The free breakfast was yummy. I love the dispensible soap, body wash, and shampoo. The shower heads have a massage head. Beds are so comfortable. Blankets and pillows are super soft and cozy!! The low incidental fee is amazing. Hampton inn is the best!!
