The staff member who checked us in on 2/3 was very helpful. He seemed to care about the hotel guests as he explained very clearly the key policy and how the hotel maintains a secure environment for guests. I wish I had gotten his name. Not only was he competent, but he was friendly and warm.

The staff was very nice. The water pressure in the shower was the poorest I have ever experienced in a hotel. The rooms definitely need upgrading.

The staff at the property were courteous and nice. The walkway out front was a huge concern. They have a sign at the top of the stairs to be careful slippery when wet type thing but at the base of the stairs nothing. We were there with several athletes and I was so scared one of them would fall walking in the building and get seriously hurt. It is painted with high gloss paint and no grip on the stairs or the entrance walkway. Very dangerous and needs to be addressed. Another random small thing is, no trash can in the bathroom or place to put your toiletries while showering. Overall the stay was ok though.

The hotel was in a great location and our room was very big. The only issue is that Richmond had a water problem.

Room was cold. Heat did not work pubic hands on the bed. Blood stain on the bed sheet talked to the management team they were supposed to refund. The money has not gotten back to us yet. Please. Customer service is very good. The staff did their best

Great suite room! My kids loved it. Only bad thing was the lighting I in the room, there were areas that could have used a lamp or extra lighting but other than that great stay!
