The stay was going well until I realized that the pull out bed was broken. With larger size women, sleeping in the same double bed doesn’t work. I had to put the mattress on the floor but it was not comfortable. The person we spoke to at the front desk was not very pleasant. However, we were told that there were no extra rooms and no cots. Our stay was not comfortable.

A quality hotel and a wonderful experience. The room was clean and comfortable, the pool was a great experience for my grandkids, and the food was good. We even lucked out and enjoyed a free dinner buffet on Wednesday night.
