We have stayed at this particular hotel before and had a good experience, however, last night was so different. The building lost power shortly after arriving due to a storm. We opted to wait a while to see if it would be restored and went on to dinner. Upon returning back, we were told there was no power on this side of the highway for a large section of businesses and that the hotel was at the mercy of the power company as to when it would be repaired. Thinking it might be just a couple of hours, we stayed. At 11:30, my husband left the building to go to the car and found this hotel was the only one without electricity. He quickly made arrangements at the next place down the street and we left. As we asked about any kind of restitution, we were met with a shrug and a comment that we would have to contact the manager, who we found out was the clerk’s mother. This property was completely unprepared for a power outage…no backup generators or other offers. Needless to say, that was our last stay.

The hallways and rooms have visible and plenty mold and dust. The furnishings were worn in my room. The shower curtain had would appear to be dry blood on them. One of the lamps by the bedside had dead bug remnants. There were large cracks in the wall and you could hear too clearly sounds from the next-door room.

it’s been a nightmare with this hotel we stayed at for the first 3 nights/of 6. We found pringles in our AC unit, told them about it and they came up to look at it but never came back to fix it, the housekeeper called us a-holes while putting towels in our bathroom. The hotel staff just used the excuse that she doesn’t speak any english and that it’s a “cultural difference”. our sheets were stained and looked dirty. Then the toilet started leaking in our bathroom! so they moved us rooms across the hall. We were just about to get ready for bed when i went to the bathroom and we found a cockroach! oh we also got stuck in the elevator and got locked out of our room too. Breakfast is poor: just bagels, yogurt, and waffles you have to make yourself if you can even get to the machine. The hotel refused to give us a refund also and we only stayed 3/6 nights-leaving and checking out early in the middle of the night! this place needs shut down! i have pictures to prove it all.

This is not a hotel to stay at or even look at if you have any kind of handicap the entrance is up a very steep ramp. The rooms on the first floor must be accessed by a small staircase. It is an older property they have done what they could to make the appearance pleasant

This building is old and unkempt. Swimming pool closed “for maintenance,” fitness facility closed and lobby rest rooms closed. Breakfast was very limited. On the plus side, the beds were comfortable and the a/c worked well. We would not stay there again.

The cleaning service was poor.They gave me my room key .went to my room and the bed was turned down from whom ever had stayed there.The. Gave me another room upgrade with jazzie that you could not use.Thd linens were itchy.break fast was not much.Pool not open for use due to plumbing issue.The Air conditioner was very load .Which made it hard to sleep.I would not recommend this hotel

The maid service was knocking on our door at 8:00AM and playing loud music while we were trying to sleep. When we asked them to lower their volume on the music, they turned it up louder. I will never stay at this place again.
