I read a lot of the comments before mine. For the price I paid, I cannot complain. The staff was very friendly. She was more than willing to change my room if I wasn’t satisfied.. The room, although there were flaws, it was clean and livable.. The grounds were neat and I didn’t see any hanging around or graffiti on the walls. We did not walk into the hotel expecting a five star property.

Excellent for the price.
Stay was pleasant. Hotel service desk personnel extremely helpful. However, I do have two issues with Hotels.com!! First, my reservation stated it could be canceled, yet Hotels.com sent 3 notices urging me to get their trip insurance!! Second, I just received an email asking if I still wanted to schedule a trip to Richmond!! Jeez, maybe Hotels.com should hire competent technical staff to avoid these inconsistencies.

You get what you pay for. For the price I paid for this hotel, I was pleased. It was clean. I didn't see any critters. And there's a 7-Eleven , Cookout, & Vape Shop very close.

The hotel is in need of maintenance. The room was just worn-out. The good news is the bed was comfy and the shower worked well... hot water with good soap and shampoo. But you can hear all the noise from people on the stoop. The carpet, drapes and furniture in the room were very worn out.
