I love staying at this hotel when I come for a getaway or business. I had some issues with the room, it wasn’t anything that would make me no longer book- because I will be back!!! 😁 Just some minor issues- The mirror in the room wasn’t cleaned properly- some spots, some towels could not be used(some issues with hair on the towel). Tub needs to be redone-started to peel and the tiles as well.

The property was very nice, safe, clean in an great area, wonderful staff! However, the breakfast was horrific, the worst I have ever had, powdered eggs, tasteless cheap sausage, no flavored waffles. We have had better at 3 star hotels, this should be addressed quickly, I suggest you taste the food you're serving! We dumped in the trash and went to Denny's. Sometimes you get what you don't pay for. This would have been a great stay, if the breakfast was better, we hope this is addressed, we come often to Richmond and would like to make this our go to hotel!!

The staff at this hotel was wonderful! The ladies i interacted with were kind, delightful and so personable. It was a great stay for us. The room was comfortable and very clean. We enjoyed our stay.

The staff at the front desk went above and beyond. They were friendly and it was wonderful being met with a warm welcome after a long day. Cookies are delicious. Only thing that could be better is sound proofing. I was on the third floor and the person above me was very noisy.

When we arrived, no one was at the front desk, but lots of people were seated uncomfortably and tensely in the lobby. A woman walked up and said the computers were down and she didn't know when we will be back up but I could sit down with everyone else. I have two small children so we stayed in the car and then took them to grab food returning an hour later. I walked in and no one as the front desk, the lady was sitting in the lobby playing a game on her ipad. I could see her, she could see me. There was an uncomfortable moment and then she got up and checked me in. There was water all over the floor, which another person staying there told us not to fall. It just wasn't good at all. So disappointed.

Breakfast was not very tasty and the eggs tasted like chaulk, but the hotel itself was very clean and nice. Would definitely stay here again w/ out breakfast
