not satisfied with my experience, to say the least
I booked a room for the wrong day but received zero help in finding another room; ended up in NJ. Not their fault obviously but zero concern or interest was evident. I was not offered a refund despite it being the day before the check-in date. There was massive construction in front of the hotel and what looked like a month's worth of garbage was being loaded into a truck next door. Never saw the room so my ratings are based on the condition of the lobby, service, and neighborhood, none of which meet the star rating others have given this hotel. Would never stay here nor recommend to others.

Housekeeping inside the room is not bad but the hallway smells of urine and the carpet is very dirty with stains. Check in staff was not friendly.

This was the worst place ever. It was outdated. Smelled bad and service was horrible. This place was out of a horror film. I didn’t stay after entering the room and seeing the condition of of it. It smelled so bad that I was tasting the smell well after I left. This hotel should not be listed amongst hotels on your site.

The carpets in hallways were stained and dingy looking. The hotel was very run down looking. The bathroom tiles and tub were covered in mold. The bed had hair on sheets. The hotel staff refused to cancel reservation and refund me.
